Investment in Your Healing
Give yourself time to grow.
Therapy is not an expense—it’s an intentional investment in the life you want to create.
Unlike quick fixes or one-size-fits-all approaches, private pay therapy allows us to move beyond the limitations of insurance and design a truly customized experience that is entirely about you—your pace, your goals, your healing.
The women I work with—high-achieving professionals, busy moms, healthcare providers, leaders, and creatives—value efficiency, depth, and results. You don’t have time to waste spinning your wheels. You’re ready for focused, individualized therapy that actually helps you move forward.
Why Private Pay Therapy?
Insurance often encourages “brief therapy” models, limiting the number of sessions, how long we can meet, and which modalities are covered. That means you’re forced to fit your healing into their box.
Private pay therapy is different.
We work for your goals, not a company’s bottom line.
We decide together the session length, focus, and pace that best supports you.
You have access to innovative, research-based modalities like Brainspotting, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and intensives that many insurance companies don’t cover.
You get a discreet, boutique experience without a diagnosis following you on medical records or insurance files.
It’s not about more therapy—it’s about better therapy.
Your Investment
Individual Trauma Therapy – $200 per 50-minute session
Trauma Therapy Intensives – starting at $850 for individuals
Intensives are designed as half-day or multi-day customized programs. Whether it’s one three-hour session in a single day, or a series of 90-minute sessions across a week, we’ll design the structure around your needs, your schedule, and your goals.
A Bespoke Experience
I intentionally limit the number of clients I see at any one time. This allows me to give you my full presence, prepare thoughtfully between sessions, and provide resources customized to your story. You aren’t just a name on a calendar—you’re a client I’ve chosen to walk alongside with care and intention.
Investing in therapy this way means:
Sessions tailored to your energy and readiness, not rushed or cut short.
Access to modalities that help you move beyond “just coping.”
A relationship built on trust, privacy, and focus.
The ability to prioritize healing without sacrificing depth or efficiency.
Out-of-Network Reimbursement
While I do not bill insurance directly, many of my clients receive partial reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits. To make this process seamless, I’ve partnered with Mentaya, a service that handles the paperwork for you.
Here’s how it works:
You sign up for Mentaya.
I enter your sessions into the platform.
They file claims, handle follow-up, and you receive reimbursement (all hands off for you!).
It’s optional, but for many clients it removes the headache of dealing with insurance companies. You’re also welcome to submit a Superbill on your own if you prefer.
You can check your out of network benefits utilizing the Mentaya form below.
Policies
Cancellations – Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24-hours’ notice will be charged the full fee (exceptions made for emergencies).
Payment – Debit, credit, HSA, and FSA cards are accepted. Payment plans (Klarna, Affirm, AfterPay, etc.) are available for intensive therapy programs.
When you book with me, I reserve that time exclusively for you. It’s part of why therapy here feels different—because it is.
The you of tomorrow won’t have to wonder what could have been.
The version of you who feels confident, connected, and grounded will look back with gratitude that you made this choice today. Therapy is an investment in her—and she is worth it.
Investment & Private Pay Therapy FAQs
Q: Why don’t you take insurance?
Insurance companies often limit the length, frequency, and type of therapy you can receive. They also require a diagnosis that becomes part of your permanent medical record. By working outside of insurance, we can design a therapy experience that is fully private, flexible, and customized to your needs—not dictated by what’s billable.
Q: Is private pay therapy really worth it?
Yes. Many of my clients are high-achieving women who value efficiency, privacy, and results. Private pay therapy allows us to dive deeper, move faster, and use advanced modalities like Brainspotting and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) that insurance often won’t cover. You’ll save time, emotional energy, and—over the long run—even money by addressing the root of the issue instead of circling around it for years.
Q: Can I get reimbursed for sessions?
Many clients with PPO plans do receive partial reimbursement for their sessions through out-of-network benefits. To make this easier, I’ve partnered with Mentaya, which files claims for you and manages the process with your insurance company. You’re also welcome to request a Superbill from me and submit it on your own.
Q: What makes therapy intensives cost-effective?
Intensives are designed to help you accomplish in hours what might otherwise take months of weekly sessions. Because we’re working in longer, focused blocks of time, you won’t waste sessions on “catching up” or re-opening wounds. This can significantly shorten the overall length (and cost) of therapy while allowing you to experience faster relief and longer-lasting change.
Q: What if I’m not sure I can afford it long-term?
You don’t have to commit to years of weekly therapy. Some clients choose to start with a one-time intensive or a short series of sessions to see immediate changes and then space out ongoing sessions as needed. Therapy is meant to serve your goals and circumstances, and we’ll structure it in a way that feels sustainable for you.
